In order to ensure a pleasant stay and eliminate possible misunderstandings, please familiarize yourself with the house rules.

When confirming the reservation, it is understood that you are familiar with it and agree with it, and that you will fully comply with it.

Failure to comply with the house rules may result in the cancellation of the reservation and the charging of the full price of the stay, regardless of the earlier forced departure.

Observance of the House Rules is something that is expected from every guest.

 

• PERSONAL DOCUMENT'S

When you arrive at the accommodation facility, we will register you in the Evisitor application, for which we will need your identity card and at the same time you give your consent for the use of your personal data, or you can register yourself via the personalized data entry link that we will send you

 

• GUEST STAY REGISTRATION

The host is obliged to register your stay as regulated by his obligations according to the competent state bodies of the Republic of Croatia, the Residence Tax Act and the Act on the Residence of Foreigners.

 

• RESIDENCE APPLICATION COSTS

You pay the accommodation rental costs personally to the host by making a payment to the giro account at the time of booking. Payment is made in euros according to the valid and certified price list of services for the current year, which is displayed in the accommodation unit and on the website of Studio Apartment Roxy.

 

• MAINTAINING THE CLEANLINESS OF THE HOUSE

The price includes towels, bed linen, kitchen towels, toilet paper, hygiene items, cleaning and dishwashing products.

Bed linen is changed every time the guests change, and guests who stay more than 7 days are given clean bed linen every 7 days, which the guests themselves change. The guest has one large and one small towel at his disposal. A sufficient amount of towels is in the guest's room within the accommodation unit.

While using the vacation home, you are responsible for maintaining hygiene and cleanliness yourself, and for disposing of household waste in a designated place.

The trash can is located in the kitchen and the waste separation bins are located on the balcony. BLUE bin for separating paper and YELLOW for separating plastic.

 

• ENTRY OF HOSTS INTO THE HOUSE

The host may not enter the rented vacation home without the guest's notice and permission, nor use or touch the guest's personal property. The exception is only in cases where the host has a justified suspicion that there is a danger to the object or property of the guest, or when there is a justified suspicion of a gross violation of the rules of the house.

In such exceptional situations, the host must inform the guests of his entry as soon as he establishes contact with them. If there is reasonable suspicion that there has been damage or violation of house rules, guests are obliged to allow the host to enter the accommodation unit in order to check the situation. It is important to ensure the guest's privacy and respect his property, except in cases where it is necessary to intervene for safety or to preserve the rules of the house.

 

• INFORMATION AND ASSISTANCE TO THE GUEST

The host will be there to support you and make sure you have everything you need, but is not obligated to organize or provide fun activities during your stay. Contacts and phone numbers in case of emergency are highlighted in the accommodation unit.

 

• PROPERTY OF THE GUEST

We ask guests to be responsible for their personal items and valuables that they have left in the accommodation unit, as the host will not be responsible for their eventual disappearance. The host will do everything in his power to protect the accommodation unit and warn the guest of possible dangers.

Please do not leave valuables in cars.

 

• PETS

Without the prior approval of the host, it is not allowed to bring pets (such as dogs, cats, birds, etc.) to Studio Apartment Roxy. The possibility of pets staying in the house can only be approved by the host.

 

• SECURITY OF THE APARTMENT

We ask guests not to bring weapons, easily flammable and explosive substances, as well as substances with a strong or unpleasant smell into Studio Apartment Roxy. Also, it is important that guests do not bring electrical devices for which they have not received the prior consent of the host. It is not allowed to bring in electrical appliances for which you have not received the host's consent.

When going out, we ask guests to turn off electrical appliances, close faucets, refrigerator, windows, turn off the TV and turn off the bathroom heater and lock the door.

 

• NIGHT PEACE

We ask guests to be considerate during night rest, from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, and avoid making noise in the building and on the balcony in order to avoid disturbing the neighbors.

Please note that violation of house rules, including commotion, disorder and noise, may result in sanctions that the host has the right to apply, which may result in the termination of the stay with possible financial consequences for the guest.

 

• BRINGING UNINFORMED GUESTS

The presence of persons who are not guests of the rented accommodation is not allowed without the prior approval of the host. This includes an overnight or full-day stay, as well as the use of accommodation inventory without the express permission of the host. The host has the right to cancel the accommodation of all guests if people are found who are not registered or announced in advance.

 

• FAILURE ONEQUIPMENT OR DEVICE

In the event of a malfunction of the equipment or devices within the accommodation unit, please inform the host immediately, and they will try to remove it as soon as possible.

 

• ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

The accommodation unit is available from 1:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. On the day of departure, please leave the accommodation by 11:00 a.m. so that it can be cleaned and prepared for other guests who arrive after you and have the right to enter from 1:00 p.m. Staying in the apartment after 11:00 a.m. unconditionally entails the payment of another 50% of the daily price without the possibility of further stay in the accommodation unit.

If it is possible, the host can also allow earlier entry or longer stay in the facility, but all exclusively at his discretion.

You are obliged to leave the object you rented in the same condition as you found it upon arrival - clean, tidy and undamaged.

 

• SMOKING

Smoking is strictly prohibited in Studio Apartment Roxy. We ask all smokers to use the area on the balcony for smoking and to use the ashtray.

Please be extra careful when lighting decorative candles for safety reasons. Always be aware of possible fire hazards.

 

• FAILURE TO OBSERVE HOUSE RULES

A guest who does not comply with the house rules and basic rules of conduct and disturbs the peace will be unconditionally canceled without refund, all for the purpose of protecting his property and preventing actions that could result in physical injury to guests, all because of non-observance of the house rules and basic rules of conduct in the house.

 

• CANCELLATION OF STAY BY THE HOST

In case of cancellation of accommodation by the host due to violation of house rules, the guest will be charged the entire amount of the reserved period, regardless of the shorter stay.

 

• CANCELLATION OF THE STAY BY THE GUEST

In case you decide to end your contracted stay before the agreed or reserved date, please note that you are obliged to pay the total amount of the stay according to the agreement and reservation that you made previously.

 

• TIME OF PAYMENT OF ACCOMMODATION PRICE

The price of staying in a holiday home for the entire contracted period is charged before the start of use according to the publicly displayed and valid price list, which includes: accommodation, supply of cold and hot water, electricity, maintaining the temperature inside the room to a comfortable level, energy for cooking, changing laundry and small inventory, space for additional equipment according to category.

 

• FAMILIARITY WITH HOUSEHOLD RULES AND POSSIBLE DISPUTES

At the beginning of using the accommodation, it is understood that the guest is familiar with the house rules and that he agrees to the obligations and conditions highlighted here.

All disputes that cannot be resolved internally with the host will be resolved through the intervention of the police or the court. All complaints are taken into account only if they are reported during the stay. We do not accept subsequent complaints.

If the guest does not accept these provisions, he is obliged to leave the accommodation.

 

• BOOK OF IMPRESSIONS

Pursuant to Art. 10, paragraph 3 of the Consumer Protection Act ("Official Gazette", no. 41/14, 110/15), we inform you that you can submit comments on the accommodation or the service provided, as well as complaints in writing to e-mail address: petra.dunjko@gmail.com.
